"The room was great and the staff were friendly, location also very good as right next to the Metro station.
The breakfast was fine, however the hot buffet wasn't very hot. Yogurt, pastries and cereals were good.
On the negative side the gym was closed every time I wanted to use it, the roof track was locked and the sky bar always seemed to be closed so didn't get to use any of the amenities I paid for."
"The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We did eat one night at the sky bar and thought it was expensive however the view and sunset were worth it. Great location, tram stop just outside and felt safe walking about at night. Would definitely recommend. Only slight annoying issue is you cannot sit out on the balcony without having to get up every 10 minutes as the alarm activates."
"The hotel feels stuck in the 80s. Decor of the whole place is fairly grim. Rooms are big but we had no working fridge, tea or coffee making facilities or functioning air con. The air con turned on but sure as hell didn't do much and mostly smelled of cigarettes. As it was 35 degrees outside that was the major disappointment. Also the fuse box in the room tripped at least 2 times a day so we plunged into darkness randomly. On the plus side, the shower we had was good and when we got a fan from...
"Got the really bad room on the last floor, via my booking should get a better one.
Windows are on the roof , without curtains, it was unbearable in the room on those sunny days.
