"This apartment was very nice. It is new and was very clean. The sheets are a bit rough, but beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot so we were happy to have air conditioning although you have to leave the bedroom doors open as there is just one unit in the living room. We never went to the pool because we were so busy exploring this charming town and surroundings. We were disappointed that the Ninfa Gardens is only open a few days a month and the tours of the castle is only in Italian. However,...

"Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. "We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...
