"The Hotel and service was excellent, Free parking. The reception team were really helpful in letting me know the places I could park when visiting the sites in Siracusa and the best beaches in the area and arranging an early breakfast on our last morning. The breakfast was very good continental selection and fresh coffee and pastries. Antonio arranged for me to borrow vacuum for the hire car after a beach trip. The room was large with aircon, very comfy beds, clean and direct access to the pool area and a private patio. Pool was amazing with plenty of loungers and large parasols. We had a fastatic stay and I would recommend and our thanks to all staff. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Artemide. Ortigia is a charming town with lively streets, many great restaurants, and cute stores. The hotel is in an incredible location right between the cathedral and one of the best shopping streets. Our room slept three people very comfortably and had a little terrace with a view of the cathedral on one side and the sea on the other! The staff, especially Roberto, were super helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast outside under the big umbrellas was perfect. This exceeded our expectations— we were so pleased! Thank you!"

"We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms are bright, clean and nicely appointed. Our rooms had incredible views of the main hotel and the Ibla valley and old buildings hanging off the walls of the city. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was beautifully presented in the star-vaulted rooms on a lower floor. Delicious array of breakfast items. My only complaint is that we only stayed for one night, the hotel would make and excellent place to stay for several nights to explore the region. That being our problem, not the hotel! Very highly recommended. "

"The house is spacious and comfortable, situated in a quiet but convenient area. Avola is 5 minutes away, the motorway linking Messina, Catania, Siracusa and Gela is also a few minutes drive from the house.A car is essential. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. If we had a problem they responded immediately. As for this area of Sicily there is lots to do. Beach lovers are well catered for and there are plenty of possibilities for hikers. The beautiful towns of Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa and Modica are within easy reach. We would certainly love to go back."
