"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated.
