"Chambre glacée à mon arrivée (17h). J ai eu froid jusqu à 20h environ malgré le chauffage qui tournait en continue. Manque d intimité de par l absence de rideau sur une baie vitrée qui donne sur l intégralité de la chambre. Repas pris sur place. Le repas etait très bon mais on m a servi une bière périmé depuis 4ans... inbuvable. Pour finir, TV hs, mais on ne m a rien dit (carte perimée apparemment)"

"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"The room was very nice, but run down. we had a garden view. There was no garden and the windows were blacked out, it was claustrophobic. It was 39 degrees outside. The air conditioner did not keep room cool. The breakfast room amd lounge were beautiful."

"I liked the hotel and the room I was staying for 28 nights. It’s central location ; it’s quiet if the windows are closed shut. If the windows are opened it’s a lot of never ending street noise. Room is good ; studio with kitchen ; small fridge ; free coffee downstairs always ; Part Dieu train station is reachable by metro; it’s not far but I was taking trains for my day trips and I wish I was staying at Part Dieu area instead of taking early morning metro rides. Overall everything worked out perfectly as planned ; the staff is helpful. They arranged a 3 a.m. taxi for me to go to the airport. But if you stay next to Part Dieu then you have a convenient train at 4:30 a.m. for €17; taxi cost me €120."

But for the price point the bathroom and room amenities were disappointing (no coffee maker, no mini fridge, bathroom had one of those tubs with no glass or curtain so water got everywhere when you showered). Location is great. But was disappointed by the room, despite the gorgeous view."
