"Ad un passo dal centro di Macerata (50 mt. da Piazza Mazzini) c’è questo piccolo b&b situato al primo piano di un palazzo “d’epoca” che ho trovato pulito ed accogliente, come Simone il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ho dimenticato un caricabatterie, e Simone mi ha chiamato dicendomi che sarebbe stato vicino casa mia (Roma) e me lo avrebbe reso. Piccolo aneddoto che conferma la gentilezza del proprietario. "The hotel is just 1km outside of the town center and easy to miss (it's on a bend). The grounds are pleasant with facilities for sitting outside and the place has a good view. Booked out of season for 2 nights and stayed 4 nights. This is a very inexpensive place to stay but of course, do not expect luxury. Good room size but everything was just that little old (hey it's not a hotel!). Room 8 on-suite is fitted with a maserator which just about functions but do be careful not to put anything...

"Hi all. We had a wonderfull stay in this house which is a small nr of appartments. It is a good base to visit the surroundings and beaches. The property also had a nice pool and a playground with a mini football game and ping pong etc."

"Property Exactly as shown online but more! The owners include snacks coffee shaving kids toothbrushes toothpaste shampoo pretty much anything. Beds very comfortable and each room had its own fan so no need to travel with one."

"Leider waren große Teile des Geschirrs nicht sauber und auch der Boden war fleckig, nicht sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe an der Autobahn. Der Strand ist lediglich mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügte nicht - wie angegeben - über eine Mikrowelle / oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht über 30 Grad gewaschen und die bei den Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren die Federn deutlich zu spüren. Die Nachttischschränkchen und Nachttischlampen waren auch anders als...
