"Wir, Familie mit drei jugendlichen Kindern, waren im Winter über Silvester hier. Nach der Buchung und Bezahlung wurden wir zunächst gebeten auf ein anderes Haus aus auszuweichen, dieses sei leider doppelt gebucht. Die andere Unterkunft hat uns nicht so gut gefallen und somit konnten wir doch kommen. Allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dass für die Heizung nochmal Extragebühren anfallen würden und ein Extraaufschlag pro Tag und Person, weil wir nur 6 Nächte ( und nicht mindestens eine Woche) bleiben...

"Positiv:
- Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz am Haus ist super.
- Der (kostenfreie) Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß über den Garten erreichbar.
- Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet.
- Der Herr des Hauses (Georgio?) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Negativ:
- Das Bad ist sehr eng. Insbesondere fühlen sich größere Menschen in der engen Dusche nicht sehr wohl.
- Der Zugverkehr ist etwas nervig.
- Das Frühstück muss umgestellt worden sein. Gäste beschrieben eine gute Auswahl...

"Leider waren große Teile des Geschirrs nicht sauber und auch der Boden war fleckig, nicht sauber.
Die Unterkunft liegt nahe an der Autobahn.
Der Strand ist lediglich mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung verfügte nicht - wie angegeben - über eine Mikrowelle / oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden.
Die Waschmaschine hat nicht über 30 Grad gewaschen und die bei den Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren die Federn deutlich zu spüren. Die Nachttischschränkchen und Nachttischlampen waren auch anders als...
