"Lovely apartment, the only downfall I would have is the sofa bed is not really the correct length for a person & certainly not for 2 people. Ok for 1 person if sleep diagonally..."

I already made many trips but this was one of the cleanest hotel (apartment) where I stayed.
I had a small problem with internetconnection and receptioniste helped me immediately "

The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. "Very nice property but they do not have a shuttle. I would not recommend this property for anyone who is coming to Sölden without a car as the taxis will gouge you (25 euro for a short drive into town)."

- can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps
- not enough hot water, cold showers
- no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day!
- cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this is unacceptable
- management will talk back, they are condensding and not accommodating
- no soap, not enough towels
- do not use bread service, it's not accessible
- parking is very tight, garage drains don't work
- positives, nice design, nice kitchen, towel rack is heated
- pillows are uncomfortable
