"This was a great spot to stay, especially during kinetics weekend. There is a lot to do around the condo and the parking is easy (easier than I thought based on the description). The space was great to relax and hang out and the beds were cozy. I did not have as much communication from the owner as I have had at other places. I was a little concerned about that but everything was great."

"Julia's guest house, which is attached to the owner's actual home, was a very pleasant place to stay especially for someone traveling alone. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. "We enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Garden Suite. Very spacious, well stocked with everything we needed, comfortable bed (futon mattress as well), beautiful grounds with fenced in large back yard, which was nice for our dogs. I loved the close proximity to town (walkable), and the beautiful Russ Park right across the street, which has great hiking/running trails (steep), and expansive views. Would love to come back and stay longer next time!"
