"It did not have a microwave in the room or tea. Had to go downstairs to buy and my son was not well it was a bit of an inconvenience. Would have like a bottle of water in the room for when we arrived. It was really hot. Was there for 13 days and the food choices was a bit redundant. The shrimp tacos were excellent. Staff was great. Manager Joe I believe was very helpful when my son took sick and we had to cancel put flight back and get medical help. We were able to stay in the same room which was helpful. Thank you endless summer will see you soon."

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"This was my second stay at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort, and overall, I really enjoyed the hotel. I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights with my daughters, and there were many things we loved about the resort. The room was clean upon arrival, although there was some hair in the shower, which was a little disappointing. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and I especially want to recognize Connor at the front desk, who was amazing and extremely helpful throughout our stay. He provided excellent customer service and was always willing to assist. The biggest issue during our stay was the lack of housekeeping service. Our room was attended to only on the second night. After that, no one cleaned the room, brought fresh towels, or removed the garbage. We had garbage accumulating in the room for several days, and I eventually had to take it out myself. I also had to go to the linen cart to get fresh linens and towels for the room. For an 8-day, 7-night stay, I expected more consistent housekeeping service, especially given the length of our visit. Aside from that, there were many things we enjoyed. The two pools were wonderful for my daughters, and they had a great time swimming. The food at the resort was good and reasonably priced, although we also ate outside of the resort during our stay. The location was extremely convenient, especially for visiting the parks. The park transportation was quick and consistently on time, which made getting back and forth very easy."

"Very clean and well-maintained facilities. The pool is excellent, especially for children, and the location is beautiful and very convenient, just a short distance from Hollywood Studios. Regarding the staff, while they were helpful and able to assist when needed, the level of customer service did not match the standard typically experienced at Disney hotels. At Disney properties, staff members are consistently warm, welcoming, and proactive, always greeting guests with a smile and going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. In this case, although the front desk team addressed our requests, the interaction felt more functional than friendly—there was a noticeable lack of warmth, enthusiasm, and that extra level of care that truly elevates the guest experience."
