"I arrived quite late at night and left at breakfast the next morning so I didn’t interact with any staff. As such, I can really only review the room. The upside: my late arrival was accommodated with ease. Parking and getting to my room were simple and quick. The room itself was quite large, with a sitting area where one could unwind for the day. "The lady that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. I wish I got her name. The hotel looked brand new and was only a few minutes drive from the airport. Concerns are was that mattress in the pull out coach felt very thin compared to their pull outs that we have slept on. So that bed was not very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was insufficient each time the workers brought out food it would be enough for only a few people and other guests would have to wait. I felt really bad...
