The bed had a 6 cm foam mattress on a solid wood box base so very uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on, but still appeared to sag in middle. No reception, 2 flights of stairs and main door left open, so less than secure. Unsafe and unhealthy."

"The apartment was great - in an excellent location close to shops and restaurants in the village square and within easy walking distance from the old city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and included a nice private balcony which added to the ambience. We would definately choose to stay again if we are back in Carcassonne. "The apartment was in a great position for all the places of interest which we wanted to visit. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was effective and prompt. "Nous avions réservé pour le 14 et 15 juillet 2023. Des le 12, nous avons essayé de contacter l'hote, pour nous organiser : remise des cles, horaires etc. Pas de réponse. Le 13 juillet nous avons tenté de le joindre via Abritel et aussi sur son tel indiqué sur l'annonce. Faute de réponse, nous avonc contacté Abritel qui n'a pas reussi non plus à le joindre. Vers 20h30 a force de SMS répétés, nous avons reçu deux messages : L'un disant qu'il ne travaillait pas avec Abritel L'autre disant que l'on...
