"I absolutely loved this Hotel. It was quiet, quaint, and the breakfast was amazing. It's right next to a grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to a bus stop. I'm American, so I may be wrong about the bus stop. Always check. The room was clean and perfect. The staff were warm and helpful. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in Ferrara. Grazie! "

A night staff member was horrible as he racially profiled me. The rest of the staffs were great, as what you expect in a hotel of such standards. The breakfast was very basic and nothing to write.
