"Wow, what an outstanding little gem this lodge was. Traveled to the Eastern Cape with family and stopped over for an evening here. The gentleman who helped us does the night shift alone and what amazing service he gave. The rooms were spotless, well ventilated and stocked. "We took our 3 Border Collie dogs along as we had a dog agility competition in Bloemfontein. The room was spacious enough for us and the dogs and very comfortable. Maintance needs urgent seeing to
"I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603 However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional. I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring water I would hate to know the wastage water going through this hotel, bever mind the water bill "
