"On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge…."

"This is a house which has been filled with love. The real-life pictures are beautiful. We had 7 happy days with all the comforts at hand. "This is such a lovely hotel - highly recommend. We just returned from our wonderful stay in Menorca and this hotel made our stay extra special! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of vegetarian options. The pool area and outdoor areas are very clean and lovely to relax around. There’s also regular entertainment at night which is nice. Staff are all really friendly and attentive. Great location just a short stroll away from Cala Blanca and the beach next to the hotel is lovely. The buffet dinner is good but quite expensive if it’s not included, however we really loved dining at Picco, the food and service is excellent. The bar by the pool also serves lovely food and drinks at a good price. There is also a little supermarket opposite the hotel which is useful. If you’re looking to visit Cituadella, the front desk can order a taxi for you and it only costs around $6."
