Great riad with perfect location

Great Riad. Very friendly staff, nice pool, perfect location, easy parking. Just like every riad a bit noisy and hard beds.

Great place and privileged directly in the Medina close to the best places but feeling really like being outside of the small streets, very quiet, amazing terrace and well decorated with the swimming pool. The staff is professional, very nice, always available and the breakfast is very good like the rest of the meals.

The riad is in a very convenient location and walkable to everywhere. The staffs are nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. WiFi worked well. However the hot water is not enough for two people to take shower. You have to wait at least half hour.

Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes. Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap.

The rooms we booked encountered water pipe issues and we needed to go to another Riad for the 3-day stay. In return, Palais Shazam Riad offered us free massage for each guest. But the condition for the hotel we finally stayed was a bit behind my expectations and needed some improvement and renovation.

The place was amazing but Hotels.com messed up my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the guy at the front was wonderful and very helpful, but our booking was not there and we had to find another place to stay.

The property overlooked my booking and put me in another riad which had no tv, no restaurant and looked run down. They moved me back to the hotel the next day and were nice enough to throw in a free dinner and a massage.

Notre expérience est très décevante. Nous sommes arrivés le soir à l’hôtel. Notre chambre avait été déjà louée! Le Personnel nous a affirmé que nous avions pas de réservation et qu’il ne faut surtout pas passer par Hotels.com. Nous avons alors présenté la réservation imprimée. Ils nous ont dirigés vers un hôtel bas de gamme ou le prix était beaucoup moins élevé (-50 %) Nous y sommes restés trois nuits avant de regagner notre hôtel (Shazam palace) Cette fois, nous avons eu une chambre presque enterré, la fenêtre était petite et haute,impossible d’aérer. De plus, en parlant avec d’autres clients, nous avons pu constater que ils avaient loué la même prestation beaucoup moins cher sur d’autres plates-formes. Nous avons dû contester pour avoir une chambre avec la vue sur la montagne comme prévu. Tout ceci nous a causé énormément de préjudice, et nous souhaitons un remboursement ou un geste commercial de votre part.

El personal muy amable y simpaticos. Excelentes personas. Hermoso lugar, paradisiaco e inmejorable ubicacion. Lástima el primer dia que llegamos, habiendo contratado habitacion de lujo, con una excusa, se nos trasladó a otro riad a 50 mts de muuuuyyy inferior calidad, escalera de 3 pisos, pidiendonos las disculpas y compensandonos con la cena y el no cobro de impuestos de esa noche. Ese otro riad, no había TV y tampoco internet. Muy deteriorado y con humedad y colchon viejo e incomodo.

Séjour en famille à Fès. Tres beau riad caché au milieu de la médina. Accueil excellent avec le thé. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié et les repas était tres gouteux. Il manque au riad un petit raffraichissement. Notre chambre qui devait etre une chambre triple n'était qu'une double, chambre jamais aérée...dommage.

Un petit coin de paradis

Fantastique, un accueil chaleureux avec thé gateaux plan de la médina et des explications. Une fontaine a eau filtré en libre service. Un petit dejeuner au bord de la piscine. Une entrée directement par le parking sécurité. Calme un vraie havre de paix on a adoré.
