Peut mieux faire !

Ensemble de 2 maisons avec 2 piscines. Beaux salons marocains. Grande chambre mais manque de rangements ( pas de placard ni de commode ). Petite salle de bain sans aucun rangement. Personnel gentil . Par contre gros soucis niveau restauration ( grosse attente pour manger malgré 1 commande faite dans l'après-midi). 1h d'attente pour 4 cocas. Couscous très bon. Riad bord de route mais les chambres donnant sur jardin très calmes.

Bello ma ingannevole

Il Riad in sé x sé è molto bello e curato, ha il parcheggio ed è fuori dal caos della Medina, cmq a 5 min di macchina da lì. Sembrerebbe tutto ok fino a quando ci dicono che nella nostra prenotazione non è compresa né la colazione né l uso della piscina, quando invece nel mio voucher erano chiaramente compresi. Per l uso della piscina ci hanno chiesto 20 euro a testa al giorno, e x la colazione 10 euro a testa, ovviamente da noi rifiutati. Non ci hanno nemmeno rifatto la camera e portato nuovi asciugamani, ne nuova carta igenica.

NIE WIEDER

Beim Ankunft wurden wir mit Abgeschlossene Tür konfrontiert Beim Verlassen des Hotels müssten wir immer warten bis jemand die Tür aufgeschlossen hat und umgekehrt. Gebuchte Zimmer war 32 qm mit Balkon, wir haben ein Kleine Zimmer ca. 15-16 qm ohne Balkon bekommen. Im Zimmer war kein Haartrockner , keine Bettdecke (nur Tagesdecke) , kein Telefon, kein Wasserglas vorhanden In den Gänge und Aufenthaltsräumen war ständig dunkel (Flur Sensor) Duschecke war sehr klein und eng( 50cmX50cm) Das Frühstück sollte jeden Tag ab 8:00 Uhr gedeckt sein, aber wenn wir nach 8:00 Uhr im Frühstückraum waren war nichts gedeckt und müssten wir warten bis das frühstück Tisch gedeckt wurde . Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe bzw. sehr mager für jede Person entweder 1 Tasse Kaffee oder Tee(wir haben von der Stadt Teebeutel gekauft und Wasserkanne verlangt) 1 Glas O Saft und wenig Käse, wenig Butter und eine kleine Schüssel Marmelade und Oliven ,nach unsere Verlangen, hatten wir nur ein Tag Ei bekommen,1 Tag ein paar scheiben Wurst , kein Obst. Es war eine große Enttäuschung , nie wieder.

Rude staff, left early

Was hassled by their in-house tout to do an expensive guided tour before we even stepped foot inside. Outside door is locked at all times and we had to ask them to open the door each time we wanted to get something from our car. They tried to charge us for parking (it was supposed to be free). They said we could not eat outside food - only eat in their over-priced 'restaurant'. Ad on Hotels.com said there was 4 bars/restaurants (making it sound like a resort). Total fabrication. Bathroom was so small, and shower head at a weird angle, the options were to either get the whole bathroom saturated, or shower wrapped in the shower curtin withe the water blasting in ones face. We left after one night, despite having paid for three, as we felt uncomfortable leaving our room.

Lugar muito bom, limpo, bonito, bom café da manhã. O ponto fraco é a comunicação, pois só uma funcionária falava inglês, e nem sempre ela estava trabalhando. Se fala francês ou árabe, este local é perfeito

Wir waren total überrasch von der Anlage der Sauberkeit und der außerordentlichen Freundlichkeit im Riad Mimosa . Absolut weiter zu empfehlen . Wir würden jederzeit bei einem Besuch in Fes hier buchen !!!
