Everything regarding the hotel was excellent. Room, bathroom,breakfast and the service was very good indeed. However, I would not return to Fethiye again no matter how good the hotel is. The reason is that it is impossible to park your car anywhere near the hotel. The large carpark near the hotel is the equivalent of £30 a day. Any street parking is ridiculously difficult. On arrival it took us 45 minutes of driving around the city centre and ended up walking with our bags for over 10 minutes. We went out at the nightime and we were over 50 minutes trying to park within 300 metres of the hotel. Hotel great. Driving and parking in Fethiye absolutely ridiculous.

Wir konnten die letzten zwei Jahre das Hotel nicht buchen, da es ausgebucht war. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns wirklich sehr gefreut, jedoch wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Bereits beim Einchecken ins Zimmer war ein Haar auf dem Bettlaken, und im Waschbecken. Da wir platz benötigt haben, haben wir die Kaffee-Platte in den Schrank gestellt, unter der Platte war alles voller dreck. Wir haben ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, jedoch wurden von 4 Tagen nur 1 Tag (und dass nachdem dies angesprochen wurde) ausreichend Handtücher im Zimmer hinterlegt. An der Rezeption ist ein Herr, der einen nicht ernst nimmt. Am zweiten Tag ging ich runter um anzusprechen dass wir zu wenige Handtücher hatten, der Herr spielte auf seinem Tablett ein spiel und schaute mehrmals aufs Spiel während des Gespräches. Er spielte auch hörbar Ball vor dem Hotel. Am Abend als wir ins Zimmer kamen war dies wieder nicht richtig gereinigt und das Handtuchproblem bestand immernoch. Das Personal das für das Frühstück zuständig war, wies an allen Tagen ein unfreundliches und ersxhöpftes Gesicht auf. Auch das Geschirr und besteck wies teilweise dreck auf. Das einzig postiv und immer freundliche an dem Hotel war die Frau Lerzan. Am dritten Tag sprach ich mit der Dame über die Handtücher und das nicht richtig gesäuberte Zimmer. Sie versprach sich persönlich darum zu kümmern, und am Abend war das Zimmer wie gewünscht. Ich finde es schade dass wir eine schlechte Erfahrung gehabt haben, und hoffen dass dies geändert wird.

Cumartesi ve Pazar günleri hoparlörleri otele çevrilmiş olan okul bahçesindeki düğünler nedeniyle saat 24:00’e kadar değil dinlenmek, odaya girmek dahi imkansız. Düğün salonu olarak kullanılan alandaki hoparlörlerin neden okula doğru değil de otellere doğru yöneltildiğini anlamak mümkün değil.
