Beach access/garden was brilliant, services and buffets in both restaurant and bars excellent. Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed.

Our stay at Tuana had positives and negatives. Positives: - Family rooms are spacious. Probably the biggest we had stayed in and seemed newly decorated. - Grounds were well maintained. The accommodation as a whole is huge and it was always kept clean and tidy. There is a cycle track around it and they can transport you around on golf buggies. - Prices. Lots of shops at normal prices. Negatives: - Although the rooms were spacious the balcony was non existent. It could only sit one person on and wasn’t relaxing at all. The rooms were also noisy. Could hear a whole conversation from next door and every foot step guests from upstairs took. - The service provided was disappointing. Most waiting staff just stood around. In our whole stay we never had anyone come to take a drinks order at meal times and the plates were often left stacked up until we left the table. - Pool was cramped. We travelled during term time and struggled to get a sunbed around the pool after 10:30 so I dread to think what it would be like during summer holidays. - Payable smoothies / juice bar. Small gripe really but had to pay for smoothies / juices at smoothie bar which we weren’t made aware of. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we wouldn’t rate this 5* maybe 3*plus or 4* at best. It does have everything a 5* needs but just feels like something is missing.

A lovely stay

Spent 5 days here with family and had a wonderful time. In these current times it feels really safe and if it wasn't for the masks you could forget Covid was going on. Check in was simple & quick, little but if a queue, but I think I arrived just after a coach! Staff friendly, clear explanations in English. Like others have said, rooms could do with updating. Saying that, the shower pressure was great and theres loads of wardrobe space. Glad I went for a club room - the bigger terrace/balcony was well worth it. Grounds are immaculate and the maintenance team work around the clock to ensure that. Beautiful gardens, never saw a single bit of trash anywhere. Plenty of sun beds, mattresses and towels are provided which is nice. Food was surprisingly great, buffets are hit and miss anywhere - but there's different choices everyday and it all tasted so fresh. But what made it for me was the staff, they are all generally very young but always so friendly and attentive. A little further from Fethiye/Calis than it looked on the map, but less than a tenner in a taxi. All in all a lovely stay and fabulous value for money.

It was unforgettable trip, originally we planned to be only 3 days after 4 days we spent in Antalya, but after first 2 days we added 2 days extra to enjoy more. Really recommended.

Too expensive for what it offered.

We had high expectations for this hotel and they weren’t met. The main reason why we picked this hotel was it’s proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was full of rocks so while you could swim, you could also twist you ankle :( The food was below average, the rooms needed better furniture (the bed was very uncomfortable) and our shower was so clogged. Sadly, we don’t recommend this hotel nor will stay there again. However, the setting is beautiful as well as the hotel grounds so if you just want to go suntanning then this could be okay.

Otel Fethiye'ye yaklaşık 17 km uzaklıkta, Bodrum tarafına giden yol üzerinde.Deniz giriş kısmı taşlık ve öğleden sonra su bulanıyor.Sabah saatlerinde daha güzel ve dalgasız.Yalnız, şezlong bulmak gün boyunca havlularını bırakanlar nedeniyle sıkıntılı olabiliyor.Buna bir çözüm geliştirilirse turistlerin sayıca daha fazla olduğu bu mekanda sıkıntı yaşanmasından imtina edilebilir.Yemekler çeşitli, köfte ve pide lezzetli.Arada tantuni,döner gibi lezzetlere de yer veriyorlar.Sabah kahvaltıda sıkma portakal suyunun ücretli olması nahoş.En azından benzerlerinde olduğu gibi self servis ve ücretsiz olmasını beklerdik.Otel içinden deniz turu ayarlanabiliyor ayrıca hemen kapıda Fethiye'ye giden araç bulmak mümkün.Ailece huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek için güzel bir yer zira çocuğunuzu oyalayacak çok sayıda seçenek mevcut.Yalnız, saatlerini takip etmek gerekiyor.Aquapark kısmı sadece belli saatlerde açık oluyor mesela.Oda temizliği konusunda personel çok yardımcı.Ek yatak anlamında odadaki koltuğu yatak haline getirdiler.Ayrı bir yatak yoktu.Büyük yatak isteyenler üç yataklı odaları tercih etmeli.Resepsiyondaki görevliler de çok yardımcı aslında.Biz çok üzerinde durmadık ama problemlerinizi çözmek üzere bisikletli teknisyenleri hemen yönlendirebiliyorlar.Son olarak bir husus var ki kuruyemiş sorduğunuzda marketten alabilirsiniz denmesi bizi şaşırttı.Böyle büyük bir otelin kuruyemişi büfeden çıkararak tasarruf etmesi pek de kabul edilebilir olmasa gerek.Yine de bu güzel otele teşekkür ederiz.

Otel Fethiye ile Bodrum yolu üzerinde.O bölgede kumluk bir plaj beklemiyorduk ama girilmesi bu kadar zor bir deniz de beklemiyorduk doğrusu.Turist yoğunluğu da hesaba katılınca şezlong bulmak, havlularını günboyu orada bırakanlar yüzünden imkansıza yakındı.Deniz sadece sabah erken saatlerde girilebilir vaziyetteydi.Havuz genelde kalabalık oluyor.Aquapark kısmı ise sadece belli saatlerde açıktı.Otelin çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever bir personeli var.Housekeeping geç saatte bile hizmet veriyor ve son derece başarılı.Yemekler çeşit olarak yeterli.Köfte ve pide lezzetli.Kahvaltıda sıkma portakal suyunun ücretli olması nahoş.Böyle klas bir otel bu tür kazançlar peşinde olmamalı.Alkol tercih edenler otelden muhtemelen memnun olacaklardır.Biz tercih etmedik ama yemekler dahil sonrasında barda da her saat erişim mevcut.Zoo kısmında kalan hayvanlara biz biraz üzüldük.Zira otel geniş bir alan üzerine kuruluysa da çok dar bir alanda kalmak durumundalar.Horoz ve tavuklar dışarıda gezebiliyor ama keçi ve koyunlar aynı imkana sahip mi bilemiyoruz.Otelin hemen önünden Fethiye'ye kalkan araç bulunabiliyor.Ayrıca otelden doğrudan deniz turuna çıkmak da mümkün ama ücretli ve ücret de az değil.Ailece rahatsız edilmeden tatilinizi geçirebileceğiniz bir mekan.Ayrıca güvenlik ve cankurtaran hizmeti de yerinde.Otelde tüm odaların aynı standartta olacak şekilde yenilenmesini diliyor ve kuruyemişi sadece marketten teminetmek yerine bu güzel otele yakışacak şekilde barlardan da teminini temenni ediyoruz

Genel olarak iyi

Tek başıma 4 gün konakladım. Amacım kafa dinlemekti. Ekimde gittiğim için hava çok sıcak olmasa da rahatlıkla denize girilip güneşleniliyor. Otelin kendi plajının olması güzel. Deniz çok güzel. Çok berrak, sabahları çarşaf gibiydi. Benim kaldığım dönemde çok kalabalık olmadığı için denizdeyken de, şezlong kısmında da çok rahat ettim. Yer kapma telaşı yoktu bir kere. Oda geniş ve mobilyaları yenilenmişti. Deniz manzarası yok. Ama odada çok fazla kalmıyorsunuz zaten, o nedenle çok büyük sıkıntı değil bana göre. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Oda her gün temizleniyor ve iyi temizleniyor. Odamı temizleyen kişiye teşekkür ederim buradan:) Bar kısımlarında çalışan personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Yemekler fena değildi. Yemekle aram çok yok, çok da önemli değildi benim için. Her gün karnım doydu. Fakat kırmızı etten ziyade hindi ve tavuk yemeklerinin baskınlığı dikkat çekiciydi. Sulu yemek bir-iki çeşit vardı, vs. Yemekten çok benim canımı sıkan kahve olayı. Evet yiyecek-içecek sınırsız, istediğiniz zaman gidip alabilirsiniz (çok güzel). Ama hazır kahve var. Makina kahveleri var, sulandırılan kahve cinsinden. Bir filtre kahve hizmeti vermek zor olmasa gerek diye düşünüyorum. Wifi internet ise çok sıkıntılı. İlk gün zaten hiç yoktu, kalan günlerde de kendi internetimi kullandım. Spa ücretliydi! Her şey dahilse, en azından 1 kullanım ücretsiz olmalıydı. Son olarak, yalnız tatil yapacaklara tavsiyem, çocuksuz(adult only) oteller daha iyi olabilir.

Otel cok eski yataklar 20 yillik falan yiyecekler vasat. Personel yardim sever ve guler yuzlu.

Mögligt rum!

Förfärligt hotell! 5-stjärnigt men mögliga hotellrum. Stranden var film, havet bra, maten okej, underhållningen trist. Jag skulle ge hotellet max 3 stjärnor gäller mandaten, men rummen var som sagt så mögliga så vi blev sjuka. Efter att ha hostar en hel natt vad vi att få byta, men alla rummen var uthyrda och de var inte intresserade av att hjälpa oss. Till slut bad jag om pengarna tillbaka för sista natten då vi inte kunde vistas i rummet, men inte heller det var möjligt. Personalen och chefen var som sagt helt intresserade av att hjälpa till.välj inte detta hotell!!!
