Haftasonu için çocuklu aile olarak kaldık. Sağolsunlar müsaitlik olduğu için daha bir büyük odayı verdiler. Çok memnun kaldık. Otel herşeyiyle çok iyi. Tüm ekip çok kibar ve yardımsever otelde tüm imkanlar var. Havuz çok temiz. Yiyecekler ve içecekler harika. Akşam animasyonu çok iyiydi. Ölüdeniz seyahatimizde yine tercih edeceğiz.

Otel ingiliz oteli, resepsiyonda soyluyorlar zaten, Turk aileler olarak sayimiz azdi. Odalar kucuk ama kullanisli, temizlik konusunda sikinti yasamadik. Kahvaltida aradigimiz herseyi bulduk, gayet lezzetliydi. Hem yetiskin havuzu hemde aquaparkli cocuk havuzu temizdi. Ormanin kenarinda cam agaclari arasinda hos ortamdi. Oludeniz tatilimizde tekrar konaklayabilcegimiz bir otel oldu bizim icin.

Hisarönü bölgesinde bulunan hotelin ulaşımı kolaydı.Hoteldeki hizmet tamamıyla İngiliz turistlere göre planlanmıştı.Kahvaltıda demlenmiş çay dahi yoktu.Kendimizi Türkiye’de değilmiş gibi hissettik ve bu üzücüydü. Oda büyüklüğü ve konforu iyiydi ancak housekeeping yere düşmüş yüz havlusunu tekrar kullanmamız için değiştirmeden aynı havluyu askıya asması ayrıca kirlenmiş olan ayak havlusunu da yerden alıp kirli bir şekilde klozet kapağının üzerine uzatması dehşet vericiydi.Daha önce hiçbir hotelde bu denli bir hijyensizlikle karşılaşmadık. Resepsiyon ve diğer çalışanlar ise güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hotelde çok fazla sinek vardı, balkonda oturmak mümkün değildi, balkon kapısında sineklik olmadığı için odada da sineklerin rahatsızlığını yaşadık.

In het algemeen was het OK Minpunten: matras was heel slecht. + Geen isolatie: je hoort alles. Babys die huilen in andere kamers, hakken van mensen die voor jouw deur lopen, mensen die voor jouw deur passeren en babelen. Dit is echt vervelend.

Great base for Hisaronu

A great base for Hisaronu, the hotel rooms were a bit smaller than what I am used to compared to other hotels in the area, but in good condition and very clean Lots of steps so not good for people with disabilities , a great place of families

We liked the pool and the food. Also, the staff was amazing. Unfortunatly, when we arrived the sheets were dirty and there was a smell of humidity. When we reserved the pictures was pictures of renovated room. Our room wasn’t renovated at all.

Temizlik proplemi

Oda temizliği iyiydi fakat aynı şeyi restoran kısmı için söyleyemeyeceğim, eğer ki kahvaltı veya akşam yemeğinde geç saate kaldı iseniz önceki yiyenlerin bardak veya çatal bıçak vb. Ürünlerini suya tutup önünüze getiriyorlar sanırım. Önceki insanların bardaktaki dudak payını görebiliyorum. Kahvaltı genel anlamda çok zayıftı, akşam yemeği güzeldi. Oda banyosu o kadar dardı ki başımı yıkarken dirseklerim duşakabine çarpıyordu. Klima çalışmıyor, dolap tam soğutmuyordu. Personel olarak eğitimli olması önemli değil yeter ki İngilizce bilsin kıvamında insanlar çalışıyordu. Otelin genel olarak 2 olumlu yanı vardı 2 yaşında çocuğum aqua yı ve bir de küçük de olsa oyun parkı vardı onları çok sevdi. Artı Bir de akşam yemekleri güzeldi. Fakat üstünü çizdiğim bir otel oldu bir daha kalmayacağım biliyorum

Lovely hotel.

Fabulous location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked afternoon eating arrangements to be somewhere quiet rather than only by the pool which was noisy. Would also have liked tea making facilities in the room. Sewage smell in evening outside, so could not sit on balcony as planned. But overall a really good stay.

Lovely hotel and great location. Reception manager was fantastic and all other Reception staff are really helpful and nothing is too much bother for them. Room toilets could be doing with a bit of bleach down them daily. Public toilets all always clean and tidy although the showers outside the Spa area need some tender care put into them and also the changing room next to spa toilet is very cramped. We had a very enjoyable 3 wk stay at this hotel.

Temiz havalı

Fethiye Hisar Önünde Çamlık Alana çok yakın olması sebebi ile temiz havası ile bizi mest etti. Yemeklerin ve soğuk mezelerin kaliteli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Havuzlar temiz ancak aqua kaykayları orta seviyede yani kısa buldum. Çalışanlar muhakkak sabah ve akşam yemeklerinde göz teması kurmasanız bile ilgili ve hoşgörülü idi. Yerli turist yabancı turist ayrımı çok fazla görmedim. Daha önce Fethiye / Ölüdeniz bölgesinde tatil yapmamış olanlar için otelden denize uzaklık 4 km kendi aracınızla gitmek durumundasınız. Otelin yönlendirdiği kıdrak plajı var ama orada sadece otopark ücreti ödemiyorsunuz şezlong kiralamak durumundasınız Zaten o bölgeye gidip tek bir plaja da bağlı kalmak mantıklı olmazdı. Bir çok gezilecek görülecek tabiat alanı ve plajları var. Şahsımın en büyük sorunu alerjim olması sebebi ile sabah kahvaltılarında arıların çokluğu işletme kendince kapanlar falan koyarak önlem almış ama yinede rahatsız oldum. Çamlık bölgesine çok yakın olduğu içindi sanırım. Bölge ve temiz hava için tekrar tercih edebilirim.

Hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is close to the shops. There's lots of day excursions. Theres 2 big pools but if you want the beach it's not close but easy access to public transport. The food is excellent. Public transport is cheap and drivers will give you directions if you ask.
