The hotel, staff and facilities were fantastic, pool was lovely and breakfast great. Only criticism is that the front apartment area in front of the hotel needs tidying up

Amazing staff, comfy bed and 5 minutes to the sea front and some great bars and restaurants. The property is a bit dated but clean. Two large pools with good Sun loungers available. Reasonable buffet breakfast

Shower water ended up covering the whole bathroom floor. Balcony door didn’t lock. Other than that loved our stay here. Very close to water front and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice. Breakfast was awesome

Stort hotell med poolområde

Large hotel with both rooms and apartments. In need of renovation, the toilet smelled of sewage, the lighting in the apartment was a bit dim and the beds were similar to travel beds and were very hard. Okay location, close to a long and nice beach promenade with lots of restaurants. Far to the nearest beach approx. 4km.

The property is very economical and cheap for budget travellers like ourselves and was in a great location just outside the main old town of Fethiye by a lovely walk on the waterfront promenade or short Dolmus bus. our kids loved the pool, and were also entertained by the playground. Our room was quite large, with 2 air conditioners and the bathroom clean and renovated. Overall however the property and rooms were fairly tired and run down and in need of some fixing and updates in areas. But if on a budget it is an easy base to explore Fethiye and Oludeniz.

Boys trip yes , not with family

dont look at the photos . very old style apartments. poorly maintained . but again its what you pay for . less rentals . breakfast same every day and you pass it on the 3rd day as you cant have boiled eggs everyday . nothing interesting . difficult to ask questions .as harldy anyone spoke English .asked them for a nearby restaurant and after 20 mins to explain them " I want to eat outside tell me a place " they gave me silly directions to a crap restaurant near by which was difficult to find . since it was the first day I had no internet . i later found out there are 100s of amazing restaurants 5 mins away . surprised they didn't knew . should have told me take left and there are 20 restaurants . it was as easy as that . they should have a paper there at reception for nearby restaurants guide and also places to visit near by. will make it so much easy for tourists .

Stayed here a few times, room ia spacious and clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable , pillows acceptable. Breakfast is functional and pleasant. Staff are friendly. Location is about 10mins from promenade. Outside you can get a bus to the beach. Note , however it is about a 25min walk to the town centre and old city.

This place had a simple room with a tiny balcony. The bathroom was nice with a big showerhead. The sheets and towels were plain. There was lots of parking. The location was not within walking distance of very much. The breakfast buffet in the morning was set up next to the pool. It was a basic breakfast.

Good and comfortable stay

It was a nice stay, the room were good sized and had the basic essentials. There was no drinking water in the rooms but you can always ask at the reception and they are happy to help. The breakfast was good and much better than other top end hotels. The room floor was a little dirty, we had black feet of walked barefoot in the room. The WiFi was very very weak, we barely got any WiFi in the room but it was ok in the main reception downstairs.

Our favourite place to stay. We will be back

Our stay was over the top, it’s not a 5 star but a beautiful and safe family run accommodation. The swimming pool was huge and clean. The breakfast was lovely. The reason we would be back is because the owners and staff were efficient and kind! They allowed me to put our goodies in their fridge as we needed a very late checkout. They even sent me away with their own pressed delicious olive oil. I would come back and ask for a long long stay. 4 Euro taxi to the city centre. Or the local bus, close to supermarket with shopping and it had everything we needed.
