Everything was excellent at the Mercan, pool is very clean and a nice size with a cosy bar. Room very modern, all very with perfectly working air conditioning, staff are very helpful to include excursions, taxis help with navigating the different areas. The front of house Ibrahim was helpful and generous that we would definitely 💯 per cent come again .

Overall, I would say this hotel has both strengths and weaknesses. The location is excellent. It is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and all the essential services you may need. However, it is not within walking distance of the beach, so having a car is highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Ibrahim, who was very professional and always willing to assist. That said, I would not recommend this hotel for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. There is no elevator, and reaching the rooms requires going down stairs, walking, and then climbing more stairs. If your room is on the first or second floor, it can be quite tiring, especially when carrying luggage. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but quite basic. Considering the high prices charged during the peak season, I honestly expected a much better variety and overall quality. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. It was extremely small—far too small for two people traveling with large suitcases. There was very little space to move around, and the ceiling was also quite low, which made the room feel even more cramped. Overall, the hotel is suitable if your priorities are location and friendly staff, but in my opinion, the room size, accessibility, and breakfast do not justify the high seasonal rates. Also soooo and super loud music near so you can’t sleep till 4 am

The hotel only opened last year, so everything is very modern and spotlessly clean. The family who run it are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and have great personalities. The pool is amazing, and the complimentary mini fridge was well stocked with a great selection, including Coke, Fanta, Sprite, Efes, and water. Breakfast is definitely quality over quantity. There aren't a huge number of options, but everything is fresh and very nice. I especially enjoyed the cheese and olives. The hotel is in a perfect central location, close to all the restaurants and shops. Yes, it can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected when you're staying right in the heart of everything. Finally, the price is excellent. It really feels like you've found a bargain for the quality of the hotel and the service you receive. Thank you to everyone at Mercan Exclusive for an amazing stay. I would happily stay here again.

Room was never cleaned in one week i stayed there even though i requested it no clean towels had the same ones all week. Breakfast didnt have once as only traditional ie ham vegetables . When mosque starts you hear it at all times. Can hear music been played in square as so close to. Never again for me

Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel und es wurde nicht ein Mal sauber gemacht. Nicht mal Handtücher und Badetücher wurden gewechselt. Außerdem ist es für Familien mit kleinKindern nicht zu empfehlen, weil nicht mal ein Hochstuhl vorhanden war. Aufgrund der Nähe zu den Bars und Clubs ist es Nachts bis morgens 4 Uhr sehr laut. Für empfindliche Menschen ist es eher ungeeignet. Einzig positiv die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück war ganz gut. ACHTUNG! Bevor ihr was vom minibar vom Zimmer trinken wollt achtet darauf, dass es Geld kostet. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen und mussten beim Check-out noch zusätzlich Geld bezahlen.

Odamız çatı katında olduğu için çok basıktı ve çok küçüktü klima hiç etkili değildi 16 derecede çalıştırmamıza rağmen hiç verim alamadık gece de dahil çok sıcaktı odada durmak istemedik hiç banyodaki duş jeli ve şampuan boştu çalışanlar ve sahibi iyilerdi Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi hergün 4 çeşit sıcak vardı hergün patates ve haşlanmış yumurta sabitti yanında bazı günler menemen bazı günler sosis gibi soslu bi şeyler vardı ve mutlaka boyoz simit sigara böreği gibi bir çeşit hamurişi mevcuttu

3 kız arkadaş olarak oldukça rahat ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. İki odalı ve iki banyolu olması bizim için büyük bir avantajdı. Konum olarak da oldukça iyi bir noktada. Odamız tam temizlenmemişti ama genel olarak rahattı. Geliştirilmesini istediğim iki konu ise odalara her gün ücretsiz su bırakılması ve günlük oda temizliği yapılması. Bunlar da eklenirse kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olur.

Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer kesinlikle degil. Sular kesildi bir gun ve gorevlilere telefonla asla ulasamadik, bilgilendirme vb. de yapilmadi. Asansor falan yok, cikista bavulunuzu kendiniz indiriyorsunuz ve cikistaki merdivenlerden cikarmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Otelin bulundugu bolge asiri sesli, gurultu aksamustu basliyor ve tum gece devam ediyor. Calisanlar kibar degil, kahvaltisi vasat. Oludenize ilk defa gelecekseniz hisaronunde kalmayin bence, asagida belcekiz tarafinda kalin.
