Good location but bad smell of drains

The hotel was cheap and service was okay what let it down was the drains smelled bad and bathroom could have done with an update. Good location and price was its plus points

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel, thanks to the staff's exceptional kindness. The gentleman at the reception was especially helpful when my wife injured her foot at the beach, providing everything needed to treat the wound. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to everything nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

Nefis is a modren and clean hotel. Conveniently located for our dental clinic visit. Although rooms are on the small size but sufficient for a double bed. Above all staff are friendly and helpfull specially the kind lady on the reception. Will visit this hotel again.

Stayed here before and was satisfied. Therefore returned, but hotel now showing some neglect. Shower pipe and head had to be replaced on arrival, couldnt phone reception as phone was not connected, there appeared to be no wires, just a phone. The outside space was dirty and overlooked the hotels laundry where staff were enjoying a cigarette. When shower did work, the bathroom floor was flooded. I had emailed the hotel some days prior to arrival to ask about breakfast as the booking confirmation did not mention this. On our past visit breakfast was provided on the top floor and was presentable. As l had had no reply l presumed as our previous stay breakfast was still on the top floor. On arriving for breakfast, around 9 to 9.30 we were told that they had stopped breakfasts completely and no longer provided this. l did noticed that on their website a picture of plated food on their top floor is still showing.Our 2 night stay quickly became one and we returned home.

Excellent service by both reception and cleaning/food preparer! Clean rooms and walkable to the ancient tombs and port. Reception was professional and researched bus routes for us to go to Tlos ruins and called us a taxi when we asked (only 2 minutes waittime for taxis!). Cleaning/food preparer let us eat earlier than the listed breakfast time while she was still setting up since we had to leave early. Good breakfast included (standard Turkish breakfast plus fries and chicken nuggets) on the rooftop and you can see the ancient tombs from there. Overall, one of the best experience we had in Turkey!

Very clean hotel with professional staff

This hotel was super clean and very well maintained. Everything looked new and rooms were 5 star. My room had a little veranda with seating which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and professional; spoke excellent English. The hotel was located a 10 min walk from the centrum. Breakfast was served on a terrace with beautiful views. The food was standard Turkish. I loved the hotel but the only criticisms I have was that there was no hot water on demand and that on both sides I had a lot of noise until 3am the days I stayed (room on one side and shoe shop other). As both these things (quiet and hot water) are very important to me I would not stay again which is such a shame.

We stayed at this hotel 4 wks.It is central to transport,shops, dining,old town,the bay,Tue market,rock tombs & castle.We got to know the reception & breakfast/room servicing staff very well.Sercan,Halil,Ramazan & Mert provided info & accommodated all of our requests(laundry rack,extra pillows & hangers,investigating smoking in other guest rooms (non-smoking hotel),a couple of fixture repairs).A safety deposit box was in the room with refundable key deposit;small fridge with icebox,soap dispensers by sink & shower.The television had multiple Turkish & German channels,a couple of English channels & a French & Arabic channel.There was air conditioning & we booked a room with an enclosed balcony.Lena & Fatma worked extremely hard to provide a varied Turkish breakfast:super scrambled egg! non-pork sausages,breaded chicken bites,cheese pastry straws,cooked courgette & aubergine,chips,boiled eggs,tomato, cucumber,white cheese,cheese slices, olives,melon,satsumas,bread,jam, chocolate spread,Turkish tea,instant coffee,hot choc,milk,water(fruit & veg were fresh & flavoursome).The breakfast room is at the top of the hotel with panoramic views of the mountains,tombs & castle.There is no elevator,only stairs.Rooms are on the ground & 1st floor.Lena & Fatma also worked extremely hard to service/clean rooms & public areas.We wish to say a huge thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome & comfortable.We were extextremely sad to leave & look forward to returning in the near future.

Öbcelikle otel çalışanları oldukça samimi güleryüzlüler teşekkür ederiz. Fakat otelin acilen elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Çarşaflar çıkmayan kirli, yıpranmış, havular sert, klima eski sesli, anahatar sistemli. Fiyat performans diyemem bu fiyata bu anca eder. Geceyi bir yerde geçireyim konfor aramıyorum derseniz tercih edebilirsiniz. Konumu çok iyi merkezi her yere ulaşım sağlarsınız. Çalışanlarına tekrar teşekkürler.

Otogardan yürüme mesafesinde normal bir otel çalışan genç arkadaşlar iyiler sağolsunlar. Otel odaları küçük çarşaflar eski lekeli olanlar vardı klima çok kötü çalışıyordu aşırı sesliydi banyoda çok iyi temizlikte değildi. Uzun süreli konaklama için tavsiye etmiyorum. Ama sadece geceyi geçirip gündüzleri gezecekseniz kısa süreli tatil planları için uygun olabilir
