For the price this was, as my stars okay. The staff were attentive, helpful and kind and as a family of 4 we felt safe and comfortable. We had to change rooms as the first was really run down, dirty and damaged with inadequate sleeping for my daughter. They changed us and the next room was fine. There was no room cleaning, they changed towels each day but never left 4, despite asking so resorted to hiding one each day. There is one pool with not enough sunbeds and many broken but the kids did enjoy the pool and the slides. The entertainment was not great and Turkish aimed, there were many Turkish holiday makers and it felt aimed to them but the entertainment guy did try his best. I saw no kids club or children's day entertainment. The bar was a huge disappointment. No cocktails! Only three spirits. Beer and something they called wine but was awful, rarely any ice and often ran out of cups. The restaurant was okay, busy needing to queue for long periods if you want fresh meat. This was always chicken. Food was nice but the same each day.
Location was okay- used taxis, too far to walk anywhere with kids and heat.its about 20mins down to Hisaranau, big hill back.
For a cheap, basic break close to Oludeniz and this is great choice. For trips - shop around or book direct i was really disappointed to find we paid over the odds for a diving trip booked through the hotel rep. Dont do it. But. we paid lass (and it was great) for the jeep Safari booked via the entertainment guy.
