"What a such a wonderful week at La Grange de Chatelus! We were three families (six adults, eight children) and we stayed for a week during August. The house is stunning, huge rooms, comfortable beds, amazing ensuites to all the bedrooms, multiple washing machines, tumble dryers and even two dishwashers. "We had a good week here, although the weather wasn't great the heated pool kept warm throughout. lots of space in the house and garden, plenty of history in the building. Great communication with the Host, would stay again."

"The good points - lovely pool, very peaceful, friendly neighbours and cats. The not so good points - bedrooms awful, could not stand upright, and access to open the windows difficult. No latching on bedroom door, had to be wedged shut. Little clothes wardrobe space. Not suitable for young children and older adults due to the 27 steps from ground floor to the bedrooms. Unpleasant fumes from the mower in the garage almost over-powering."

"Lovely old house with some charming foibles and eccentricities. Even developed a soft spot for the robot lawn mower. Great space, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), well equipped kitchen (always great to have basics there - salt, oil, herbs etc), great table tennis room, big garden to kick rugby ball. Outdoor bbq plate. Terrace and view lovely. Close to airport suited our family requirement. Lots of sunny and shady spots. Some TLC needed in house - first stair step and ants/bugs in top bedroom - not...

"Nous avons passé un excellent week end da,s cette maison bien situé ( on peut marché 40 minutes pour aller au centre ville de Limoges), la maison est parfaitement conçue avec différents niveaux qui permettent la coexistence des adultes d'adolescents et d'enfants plus jeunes. La propreté du gîte était parfaite. Margot qui nous a accueilli, a été d'une gentillesse extrême en s'adaptant à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir !"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre location et avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Max le propriétaire. Un panier de bienvenue personnalisé. Des chambres à thèmes. Une grande cour pour manger dehors et laisser les enfants jouer. Le village est petit mais tout est présent : supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, bar tabac. Nous conseillons les activités du lac de Saint pardoux! En brefs un moment très appréciable !"
