It has a stunning view of Trout lake with a gorgeous front porch, private beach and boats for fishing. It felt like we went back in time. Our hosts were warm and wonderful and full of helpful information. With drives to Whitefish Point and Tahquamenon Falls only 30ish minutes away, it's a perfect home base to relax and explore the UP, or stay on the property and chill. The lakefront location was wonderful (don’t miss out on the beautiful sunsets and excellent late night star gazing) and the cabin had all the amenities we needed. The cabin was a bit difficult to find at night if you’re driving in for the first time. The location was great and not too far away from the neighboring cities.
