Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. "We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage. Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality."

"This property offers a tremendous value at low-season rates. It’s positioned on a peninsula jutting out into the lake so the views are unmatched. The half-board program provides dinner and a very substantial afternoon food offering for a minor upcharge and is well worth it. Breakfast is also a large and varied spread. While it’s an older building, I found the essentials functional, and the room was relatively spacious. Service was friendly and unfussy; housekeeping was kind enough to leave an apple most days. One minor issue is it’s not the quietest: it’s located next to the railroad tracks so passing trains are audible, and one morning I awoke to gardening equipment that should probably have been run later in the day."

"A very good breakfast with plenty of variety. Something for everyone. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and outside balcony. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful and making it a very enjoyable stay. "

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "
