They staff upon check in were very helpful & gave lots of advice on navigating the boat time table & how to reach the centre of Venice. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was tasty & plentiful. Very comfortable bed & pillows.

Superb location. Our room had a double aspect overlooking the canal. We could watch the Gondolas all day! Bathroom a bit small and shower over bath wasn’t great. Breakfast was terrible. It is near train station and takes about 14 minutes to walk to the hotel. The reception desk is open at 8:30am.
