"Property is an 8/10. This is the biggest double Tree hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff was exceptionally friendly and amazing! The warm cookies were a plus! This is an older property and our room showed its age. Was not a fan of the outdated doors on the bedrooms. Room kind of had an old smell to it. Property was very clean. Common areas were beautiful. The pool was nice and refreshing but the hot tub was broken. Breakfast was excellent and Isabella was very friendly and helpful. Potatoes were a bit too salty. Overall I would probably stay here again."

"We were pleasantly surprised at the Rooms. Everything was so nice and the food in the Tatoosh Grill was very good. I will stay there again. Great price and very nice."

"The Motel 6 Seattle South is close to SeaTac but on the south side, whereas the rental car return is on the north side, about 4 miles away. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the AC and WiFi worked well. The room had only one chair, which was cracked and near breaking (I told the clerk). There is a gas station with a convenience store, Subway Sandwiches, and coffee drive-thru adjacent to the property. There are more places to eat/shop within a mile on the other side of I-5. Des Moines Beach Park is only a few miles away and nice - there is paid parking at the waterfront, or you can park free above the beach and take a 2 - 3 minute walk."
