chambre sans fenêtre porte de la chambre laissant un grand jour en bas donc la lumière à 6H du matin rentre dans la chambre et m'a réveillé petit déjeuner bien maigre !

Présence de fourmis Pas de Clim Internet uniquement dans le hall de l’hôtel même pas en chambre Le petit déjeuner basique et beaucoup de rupture J’ai été réveillé par le réveil du client au dessus à 6h donc insonorisation pas bonne Pas de parking et peu de place à proximité Je ne reviendrai pas

Accueil sympathique avec possibilité de garer nos deux vélos. Notre chambre était à l'arrière, aucun bruit et état de la chambre très correct.

Heureusement le réceptionniste nous a proposé une chambre donnant sur le jardin : plus calme Mais l’état d’entretien de la salle de bain laisse à désirer: paume de douche qui fuit, joints noircis, plafond moisi à un endroit , chasse d’eau qui peine à se remplir Un effort de déco à été fait pour la chambre mais le sanitaire aurait besoin du même effort La literie était bonne

Séjour bof

Ce n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos : fissures aux murs, toiles d'araignées. La moquette est limite. On sent une odeur de poussière sur la moquette. La chaleur dans la chambre est étouffante. La personne à l'accueil est super gentille, mais bon il faut revoir un peu tous le reste. Attention il n'y a pas de wifi !!!!! Il n'y a pas de parking privé, on doit stationner sur le trottoir fait pour ça, donc prendre garde aux pneus qui vont prendre cher ! (Nous on s'est retrouvé avec un pneu crevé le matin). Les voitures on les entends toute la nuit car l'hôtel est à l'entrée de Figeac, et les chambres donnent sur cette route.

Largement inferieur a la presentation.

Bruyant, pas de ventilation digne de ce nom, le personnel se precipite des votre arrivee pour vous faire regler la note. Ils ont raison! La qualite de l'etablissement est si mauvaise qu'une seule nuit est deja de trop. A fuir!

Vraiment pas top.

Grosse araignée au-dessous du lavabo de la salle d'eau. Serviettes de toilette largement défraîchies. Petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10 heures, mais à 9 h 30, il n'y a plus rien : plus de viennoiseries, 2 malheureux morceaux de pain. Commentaire de la personne chargée de nous accueillir : "l'hôtel est complet". Nous avons été remboursés d'un petit déj sur les 2.

Accueillant, à l'entrée de Figeac, quand on est à pied sur le GR65, sous le soleil, c'est parfait. Proche de la gare et possibilité de laisser ses bagages.

Pas de parking Pas d'accueil chaleureux Pas d'ascenseur Pas de services proposés Pas de chauffages sdb Pas de services du ptit dej, ni à emporter Pas de couvert sur le plateau Les jeunes filles sont sûrement sympathique, mais elles se cachent derrière leur meuble d'accueil Aucun professionnalisme Et surtout surtout très cher pour ce que c'est Ça vaux franchement pas 80€ La concurrence n'est sûrement pas encore dans le secteur mais il ne faudra pas venir se plaindre après ... Réagissez et arrêter de vous cacher sous l'excuse Covid, nous aussi on travaille avec ! Un responsable commercial itinérant depuis plus de 25 ans

Bien mais bruyant.

Simple, chambres correctes mais la rue est assez bruyante ce qui interdit d'aérer lors d'une nuit d'été. Petit déjeuner buffet très correct. Attention, pas d'ascenseur et parking dans la rue.
