Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir waren im Juli 2017 für 11 Tage dort gewesen, entsprechend heiß und trocken war es gewesen. In der Wohnung ließ es sich aber aushalten. Gut gepflegter Pool, Teilbereich auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Toller Blick über die Landschaft. Großer Garten. Für eine 5-köpfige Familie mit einem Kleinkind war die Wohnung grenzwertig groß. Ein Einzelbett auf der Galerie konnten unsere (Kinder (10, 7, 2 Jahre) leider nur bedingt nutzen, da dass Geländer der steilen Treppe keine Streben hatte. Wir haben die Matratze schließlich nach unten gelegt. Ein Babybett kann unkompliziert dazu geordert werden. Die Möglichkeiten selbst zu kochen sind leider begrenzt. Die Küche ist nur einfach eingerichtet. Die älteren Kochplatten funktionieren etwas zögerlich und einen Backofen gibt es nicht. Das relativ günstige Frühstück kann optional dazu gebucht werden, ist jedoch auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das WLAN fällt gelegentlich aus. Florenz ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Autofahrt nach Siena und Arezzo ist wegen der Serpentinen langwieriger. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (zB Lidl) in Figline 15 min mit dem Auto. Zusammenfassend waren 11 Tage im Hochsommer sicher zu viel, für 5-7 Tage aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Very charming premise! Loved the nature around it, loved hanging around at the pool and so on...Definitely a recommendation! Stefania is also a very nice and uncomplicated host. All the best!

Top-Unterkunft und sehr freundliche und persönliche Betreuung (auch schon im Vorfeld). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht und schön eingerichtet. Schöner Garten mit viel Platz. Toller Pool mit herrlichem Panoramablick. Nur wenige Wohnungen auf der Anlage, dementsprechend hat man nie das Gefühl, dass es überfüllt ist.

Très bel endroit, idéalement placé. La piscine est magnifique et les logements sont pratiques et confortables. L'accueil est très chaleureux. On est en plein coeur du Chianti près de Florence, de Sienne et de Arezzo. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable.

Das wunderschöne, sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Haus liegt fast am Ende einer Bergstraße inmitten von Olivenhainen in einem sehr grünen Teil der Toskana zwischen Florenz und Siena. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort. 2 Kinder schliefen auf einen Klappsofa, das sich gut ausklappen ließ. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, der Blick morgens aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster ging über Olivenbäumen Zypressen ins Tal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nach Anmeldung an manchen Tagen auch Abendessen im Haus möglich. Aber auch Selbstversorgung und Kochen ohne Probleme. Essen kann man in der Wohnung, im Speiseraum oder im wunderschönen Garten. Supermarkt 15 min mit dem Auto im Tal. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren nach Florenz (25min), Siena (1h) und San Giminiano (1h) genutzt und haben uns jeden Nachmittag auf die Rückkehr in Ruhe und angenehme Temperatur gefreut. Für die Kinder war natürlich der große Swimmingpool optimal. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werden wiederkommen.
