Breakfast was tasty, and the TV setup was awesome. My partner especially loved all the features and amenities it had. What I loved is the whole place was in a peaceful, quiet area, and the neighborhood was scenic and felt really safe. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The staff were incredibly responsive and genuinely kind—it’s rare to feel that kind of hospitality, and we really appreciated it. Overall, it was such a refreshing experience. "Great property and very helpful owners. BUT a word of warning to anyone booking this - despite the title it is NOT in Sutera. The map location is actually 35km out - the location is just outside Serradifalco. CHECK the location carefully before setting off! Fortunately we found some helpful locals who pointed us in the right direction, and the owners were also able to help us."

"Beautiful, peaceful house with a great view. Very nicely and comfortably furnished. We spent a great time here and did not feel like visiting other places, the best was on the terrace by the pool. Terek, the host, took excellent care of us, for example, when the dishwasher broke down during our stay he not only installed a new one in 2 hours, he also washed the dishes. We plan to return to this place."

"Great stay to enjoy this nice and quiet place of Sicily. Each morning we were welcomed with a great breakfast and eggs were prepared according to our choice. The kids enjoyed the pool very much, and the outside garden was maintained very well. The host prepared a fantastic dinner, which is highly recommended!"

"Lovely spot in the country. Isolated and pleasant. The farm dog, Zeus was a hit.No wifi, which was not a problem, but I also had very limited cell service connection, which was problematic for my business needs at home.Out side of that it was a perfect little get away"
