"The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. "We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!"

Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."

"Très jolie location sur une colline verdoyante et magnifique. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location."

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"We absolutely loved our time here. The villla is quite basic, but it has everything you need (other than perhaps and oven and a/c). The kids loved the pool, and the property is completely secluded, so they could be as loud as they wanted! Nicla and her husband were especially friendly and helpful (despite our not speaking Italian) and even left us some homemade olive oil and apricot marmalade. A wonderful stay - would definitely recommend."

"We had a lovely stay at La Pergola. We were greeted at the property by Alessio who toured us through the house and hosted us to a warm welcome. The property had lots of room for our group of 8. The host directed us to some wonderful sites in the region and made arrangements for us to dine at the Scalvaia restaurant. That is an experience that you should not miss. The food was fantastic.
