Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. "The property changed hands since I booked. Expedia failed to inform me of this change. I wish I had known the complementary breakfast is now discontinued and that reception closes at 4pm. Thankfully the person i phoned was helpful in explaining how to access my room."

"Felt like sleeping in a school. My room was close to the main door. Heard it all night. Also bed madress too soft, fell out two times in the middle of the night. Small room and a lot of wear and tear on the furnitures. Breakfast was mediocre, noted that scramble egg was dead dry. Not made that day I can say. On night ok, but never again."
