"The single worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was cold as all hell, and the heater barely worked. The room was also covered in tiles that retained the cold completely. The bed was clearly cheap, and not very comfortable, and I found a dried up contact lens from the former visitor in it. No 24 hour reception, barely and when I brought up the temperature of the room, I was met with a shrug and "give it some time""

"The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
