"A clean and spacious flat with good facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfy main bed. Tight parking space but in car park with barrier. It was a heatwave, which couldn't be helped, and we stayed on a night with a late England football game, so it wasn't the most comfortable night's stay. The circumstances were exceptional but The flat was very close to two pubs, one that is regularly open until 2am apparently, so it was very noisy at night."

Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. "Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "

Parking was at front door, it was very busy while we were there so we were lucky to get the park we did, in saying this we did not need the car because we could walk to everything.
