Very peaceful location in a small, quiet village but within a short drive/ easy access of the surrounding areas. Plenty to see and do within an hours drive or less. "Such an unusual hotel. What a wonderfully warm welcome even though we arrived about an hour earlier than the advised check-in time. Beautifully clean rooms. Compact but everything you could possibly need. The only disappointment was the bar and restaurant beong closed on our visit (Monday). Apparently this is the case on Sundays and Mondays although that was not clearly advertised on the site I booked through. Would still highly recommend."

"Fantastic place! Big, comfortable room and large shower room with separate toilet. Very clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was set out for me, nice fresh bread and croissants, jam, yoghurt, strawberries and more. Exceptionally good value, less than an hour from the Eurotunnel."
