"We had an excellent stay and truly appreciated the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with every request. One night, our child became unwell and vomited late at night. Despite the hour, the staff kindly came to help change the bed right away. They were very polite, calm, and showed no frustration at all, which meant so much to us as parents. The indoor pool was also very nice and well maintained. During breakfast, the staff were warm and attentive, helping to look after the children. Even when there were small spills, they responded quickly and gently without making loud noises or startling the kids. Overall, this hotel made our family feel genuinely cared for. We are very grateful and would definitely stay here again."
