"Listed on my booking as piya boutique hotel. It isn't a hotel, it's hostel private rooms The manager Emran is lovely, very pleasant and helpful. But he is the only good thing about the place. Its in a poor state of repair, needs renovating. See attached picture. My room had a train line running right next to it (literally). The shower leaks and generally poor. Bed is very uncomfortable. Wifi is poor and drops out. Even for the price, it isn't worth it. Give it a miss. So much better...

"I stayed in this hotel with my parents for ten days. We had a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel is located in Fatih, the blue mosque, hagia sofia, suleymaniye mosque, grand bazar, topkapi palace and tram station is in a walking distance. You can easily find good restaurants near the hotel. "
