Amazing views traditional village house near beach

Beautiful village house, restored in 2016, in the quiet and picturesque village of Finestrat. Just 7 km and a direct bus ride from the beach, and Benidorm if you want it, but hidden away in a traditional Spanish village. Within minutes you are in the orange and olive groves, with great outdoor activities. Public swimming pool is just 2 minutes walk away. Amazing terrace with mountain views. Separate back patio provides a safe place for children to play. Simply and beautifully furnished.
The space
The house is a traditional Spanish house, with many traditional features kept and restored, but with modern comforts. Its is cool in the summer with its thick walls, and with electric fires to keep warm in the winter. It is arranged over different levels, with windows at each side. At the front a beautiful and one of the most photographed streets in the whole village, leading up to the 'hermita' park and lookout, from where you see the see and its great for evening strolls. At the back the house looks directly out on to the park, with its trees etc. Therefore it is very quiet and serene. There is lots of outdoors pace, with a back patio off the first floor and a roof terrace with amazing views on to third floor. It is located on a small and narrow street, so you can drive up if necessary to the house (to unload) and park there for up to an hour, but beware you will need to reverse back down the steep (short) cobbled hill! If you come by car you can park on any of the main street in the village just 5 minutes away, or for €25 get a monthly permit to park in the underground car park.

You will have acess to the whole private house. This includes the kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, patio, terrace, bathroom and washing machine room.
