"Beautiful property , clean, and loaded with everything you need!, Close to the beach and to down town . We had an amazing time and the home owners were very kind and helpful . We totally recomend booking your vacation at this cottage , you can stay in and enjoy a nice camp fire, barbeque, play games , relax or go out and have fun. everything is super close . We are planning on renting this cottage again next summer. Thank you to our host for such a nice experience "

"The property had everything we needed for a family week away together including outdoor seating. The kitchen was so well equipped (coffee maker with pods, tea kettle, croock pot, cookie sheets, knives, oil and spices etc.). There were lots of towels, including beach towels and comfy quilts for the beds. The bedrooms were comfortable. The only negative was the lighting - the overhead lighting was so bright; it would have been useful to have a few smaller lamps scattered around."

"The property is in a terrific location near the beach. The place is clean and comfortable with a nice deck. The comfort of the deck is disturbed by the Central Air that is on the deck and turns on at intervals. Noise from dogs upstairs made our stay less than perfect. Luckily We spent most of our time on the beach."

"This was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. Upon checking in, we saw the owner left us a jar of locally made jam and it was delicious. She stayed in contact with us the entire time. The view from the 2nd floor (huge) balcony is wonderful; the pics do not do it justice. It’s a convenient few minute drive to get to the beach. We remembered to pack almost everything, but the few items we forgot, they somehow were available in the house. It’s clear that the owner takes pride in this home and pampers her guests. Thank you for your hospitality !"
Spacious Pool House – 5 Minutes to Elgin Centre

"The inside of the house was very clean, very well appointed, the kitchen was new, and the appliances worked great.The host was very speedy on returning inquiries and kept us informed about the check in and check out process. There was plenty of closet storage space, clean towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed, except we found it a little sparse on glassware, and the dining room table chairs were extremely uncomfortable as they sagged in the middle.The mattresses were extremely hard, but the linens and pillows were clean and crisp.The dishwasher was out of commission on the day we arrived, however, we were immediate informed of that as soon as we arrived. The backyard is very spacious with lots of cozy sitting areas, a fire pit, trampoline, kids play area and a sunroom. The interlocking brick in some areas was raised up, creating trip hazards and there were weeds growing everywhere. The landscaping in the backyard needs some improvement, but we were very thankful for the pool during some very humid days. We found the price for this property very reasonable, if you are not looking for perfection. We also loved the location as it was closer to the outskirts of St. Thomas and a very short drive to the Elgin Centre as well as Port Stanley."
