Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed a good meal at the The Five Bells pub. Fascinating history of the little town of Harmondsworth, a town that unfortunately may be demolished if the Heathrow expansion is approved."

"I like and appreciate everything about Sofitel London Heathrow, except the lack of signage letting you know how to get there from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5... This is the second time I've stayed here, but this time I had a harder time finding the hotel, from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5, than I did 2 yrs ago... Better, meaning more, signage directing you to their reception lobby would greatly improve check-in after a long day of traveling."
