"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "Yazia was a great host. Our train from Milan was cancelled, which meant we were very late arriving and well outside of normal check in time. Nothing was too much trouble for Yazia who gave us a great welcome. "This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. The balcony was awesome to be on to watch the crowds below. "Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay.
