"The lobby area and hallways were in great condition. The staff were present at the front desk. The restaurant options on site are great. Our room definitely needed a renovation, The bathtub and toilet were in poor condition (grout, porcelain, etc) Towels by the pool were non-existant and when asked they did not bring any out for 45 minutes.
