"First thing you see is two garage doors covered in cob webs. Stairs up to entrance were worn and the railing very wobbly. Property was filthy. Carpets stained and worn and forming ridges upstairs. Fridge smelled like something died in there the whole time. Ice maker did not work. Previous guest garbage ..."
