"We got an unexpected upgrade. The room turned into an apartment. It was clean, comfortable, large, and right next to the city plaza. We had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed strolling the local area. I will definitely book here again. The staff is exceptional!"

"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"

"Patrizia is an excellent hostess and solved all problems quickly and well. The house is great, we were there with 7 people, 3 more people could have easily stayed with us. The house, the terrace and the pool leave nothing to be desired. Only the mosquitoes were very active.The whole family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the holiday very much."

"We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality. The grounds are well maintained and manicured.We spent 3 nights/4 days relaxing by the pool, playing table tennis and exploring the surroundings. We opted for the private chef on one of the evenings as a birthday celebration. We were able to discuss the menu ahead of arrival and ensure it was catering to all guests some of which can be picky eaters. The food was wonderful, the ladies catering were very quick and cleaned up alongside serving. They even did a special surprise cake for my birthday which was very much appreciated. All in all a holiday we will never forget and I would t hesitate to return or recommend to others. "

"Excellent Hosts. They did not speak much English which we actually enjoyed as my wife got to try out her Italian. It is a little slice of heaven tucked into the Hillside of Umbria. Lots of extras and the pool was magnificent! If there was ever any stress…Relax Cottage! "

"Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day. "
