"We had a wonderful week in Casa Benessere. The house was the perfect size and layout for a multi-generational family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone and large communal areas. The kitchen was very well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was great. The views are absolutely incredible and the house is ideally situated - a very tranquil setting but with lots of activities a short drive away. Beautiful towns and villages to wander around (the view from Cingoli in particular was stunning), not too far to the coast for a dip in the Adriatic and a couple of water parks for more active days. We were all very sad to leave."

"Property was not as listed on the site. No WiFi, towels and bed linens were not provided, cleanliness was subpar, and a cash payment was demanded upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were unclear. "

"We stayed for just one night in the "Lu Magazzi". It was a beautiful room and looked like it had been very recently built. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the home produced products. We particularly loved the Torta di noci (Walnut cake). The owner provided helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat - all a short drive away in the next village. Such an idilic quiet place to stay if you are exploring the Sibilini mountains. Hearing a Eurasian scops owl calling its mother added to the atmosphere of staying on this farm."

"The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The restaurant is amazing the food was outstanding and excellent service. The pools and outdoor area is beautiful. "

"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "
