George and Sylvia were terrific staff members who provided excellent information about Santorini and responded to each of our requests quickly and with smiles. "This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were very helpful when we needed to confirm pick up times for tours we had planned. They even made the phone calls for us. Our one disappointment was that the hot tub was not in service during our stay, but the pool was beautiful and the view was just incredible!
