"Location was perfect, staff was kind in helping reserve taxis or shuttle, food for a Michelin star restaurant was well below expectation for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were a bit tight and not setup for two people, more a solo traveler setup. Common areas and pool were very nice."

"The buffet is worth every penny. The kiwi place in my yogurt melted in my mouth. Five stars for Expresso coffee.It close to the major attraction. You can walk to the hotel from the train station. The room is clean. Totally excellent from service, food to amenities."

"The bed arrangement was perfect for my sister and I. (Two twin beds) The bathroom was a little challenging for showering due to the location of the toilet and tub. There was approximately 12 inches between the two. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast which was included was very tasty. It also had an elevator which was helpful for getting our luggage to our room on the third floor. The location was very close to the basilica with shopping and cafes very convenient."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was nice. The hotel looks worn and needs an upgrade but it was clean. The elevators will bring you to your floor but there are stairs you need to climb. The hotel porters were very helpful with our luggage."

"A very nice spacious room. Was able to check in early which was nice after a long trip. Front desk team were very friendly. We took a cab to the old town for 8 euro instead of the 20 min walk. It is in a quieter part of town."
