"This is a beautifully arranged and hosted location. It is perhaps 2 kilometers from central Florence, with a steep uphill at the end, but we walked there and back every day except the first. It's really out in the country in an apartment that is part of a big house, with its own entrance. The salon is enormous. Our hosts helped with everything we needed, including a prompt taxi on our departure day."

"The apartment was in a perfect location….on main street but set back and quiet, a short walk to the main plaza with many excellent restaurants near the apartment.It was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Francesca met us and was extremely helpful, could not ask for a better host! We had an early check in and was offered a late checkout😍 We would definitely stay there again. "

"L'endroit est idéalement situé à environ 30 - 45 minutes du centre historique de Florence et à 20 - 30 minutes des commerces. Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. "We enjoyed the most wonderful week in San Momme and Alessandra and Maurizio were the perfect hosts. "It’s difficult to express how much we loved this place. Nothing missing from the Tuscan fantasy. Charming old farm house overlooking green hills. Chickens, horses and a wonderful dog. A well-maintained pool, friendly hosts, lounge chairs, a hammock, a spa (for a price). Quiet! We could have stayed in this storybook for a month!"

"This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"

"Shuttle bus was punctual and reliable (on the hour, hourly). Property is a 5 minute drive at the top of a winding steep hill (hence the stunning panoramic views of Florence & surrounding area). Driver returns if bus is full. Static caravan was clean but lacked some cooking equipment, no kettle, oven or iron. We were able to cook pasta and make scrambled eggs, but little else.
